| My partner and I booked online for two nights over the fourth of July weekend. I thought the cost of $21/night to pitch a tent was a little steep, but online pictures made the place look quaint and pleasant. We were at the tent site for ten minutes before deciding to forfeit the $47.25 already billed to my account. The ten minutes was spent in disgust at the price I had paid for a spot on a crummy patch of gravel and stickers, next to a junk yard and a trashy lot with abandoned RVs. Wafting over from the trailer park next door is the smell of sewage to compliment the view. |
