What are people complaining about? If you don't like this place then don't stay there.This is the best campground we have ever stayed at. We like how they have rules there to keep the campsite/ground peacefull and clean. The owners happen to be very decent owners and are very helpful at all times. The playground is awesome for the kids. We will and are definitely going to stay there again very soon

I would like to share a bad experience with a Blairmore, ALberta area campground in the hopes it saves someone the hassle I am dealing with;

I reserved over the phone with the female owner after an online reservation. She did not disclose her cancellation policy (7 days notice of cancellation or full amount charged, NO REFUNDS) at the time of the phone call. I reserved with a credit card. We had to cancel due to rain during the time of our trip. We were tenting at the time and chose not to travel to the area due to the poor weather. She still charged us the full amount with no regards for our concerns whatsoever.

Had she informed me of her cancellation policy while I was on the phone with her, I would not have booked. There are not weather guarantees in camping, especially while tenting and I did not want to be roped into a No Cancellation and No Refund policy such as hers.

I mean whoever heard of a 7 day cancellation policy for a campground. It is ridiculous to say the least.

The sites are extremely small but the fees are high. Worst camping experience I have ever had. Hard to understand how this RV Park is still in business.
