| We called the campsite to see if there were able slots open. The owner said there was a slot avaiable and it was 400.00 a monthly rate. That next day I was scheduled to be out to pay the gentleman for the campsite to reserve it. I had asked the gentlman again for the price of the campsite he informed me it was $525.00, I question him about the 400.00 monthly rate and all he said was "well thats it, take it or leave it." I was in absoulte discussed. We needed the lot for business purposes. When filling out my check, I was on the phone calling my husband and he had lowered the rate to 500.00. I was in formed later that several campers in the site were paying lower rates than we were. I would not recommend this campsite. 2 dryers and 2 washers on a 50 slot campsite just isn't enough. The shower rooms are nor pretty either... |
