| After paying a $50 non refundable pet deposit and a $200 damage deposit (refundable after inspection at checkout) I arrived at a dirty trailer for the same price I can get a nice beach front room. It was insulting to pay that kind of deposit. I went to the front desk to purchase cleaning supplies as we had no other options. The thick grease all over the kitchen appliances and black smudges all over the cabinets and walls were no longer, it was gleaming after an hour or so of my vacation. The coffee maker, microwave and oven were not always functional. I was also tempted to caulk the bathroom for my own comfort as the scum and rust were just too much when you have to cuddle with the faucet as there was little water pressure. I've gone to the office and have called for the manager but still have not heard back. I will not return under any circumstance and I am a frequent visitor to the area. BEWARE unless you have your own accomodations. |
