Just got back from a tour of the western national parks. I usually stay at really nice places, but wanted to go a bit rustic to go with the theme. Having never camped before, I found some things charming (not that I was camping, but there were some people camping). There was a lawn area, kind of cute that pure weeds constitute a lawn. There were bat droppings all over the place. I kind of liked the natural feel to the place. The hot tub was a great party place. The people seemed very accepting of alternate lifestyles. I felt welcome. I was a bit apprehensive before I checked in, but next time I think I might even wear my pink cowboy hat.

The rooms are cheaply furnished, dirty, and have a faint smell of fish. The roads are muddy when wet (no gravel or asphalt) and the grounds are usually not kept up. Stay up the road towards Mack's Inn area. Pathetic for the price.
