Mt. View RV Park Mt. View RV Park is located 2.8 miles South of Palmer off the Old Glenn Highway. Mt. View R. V. Park is located approximately 40 miles North of Anchorage, and/or three miles East of Palmer on Smith Road via the scenic Old Glenn Highway. The Old Glenn Highway can be located at mile 29 Glenn Highway or mile 42 Glenn Highway (Arctic Blvd - Palmer). Smith Road is at approximately mile 16 Old Glenn Highway or 3 miles from Palmer.
