| This place has really gone down hill. We had a reservation in June & couldn't stay due to the strong air fresheners & chemicals they now use.(I am very chemically sensitive.) We talked to the assistant manager, who said she understood as she has a relative who can't be around perfume,& showed her the letter I have from my doctor. She promised us a FULL REFUND IN WRITING, but the manager refuses to honor it;taking out a night's stay & credit card fee,even though we didn't use a credit card. They also refuse to respond to the BBB, with whom we filed a complaint. We won't stay here again. |
