Love the lake view. Conveneince of laundry on property. Friendly people, it's quiet and I liked that. I just love being around people who like the outdoors.

This is the worst of the worst trailer parks with very few actual RVers. When we were through there for two nights, it appeared as if the place could not afford to have the garbage picked up as two dumpsters right at the front entrance were overflowing and a trailer to collect additional garbage had been parked behind them. Tenants are mostly monthly renters, a motley crew. We were approached by people offering to sell us drugs twice, and we had to keep our toy dogs inside because of all the stray animals and pit bulls. The office usually had a "back in 10 min" sign up, but no one ever came back. To be avoided at all costs.
