Lisa is correct the pool was closed and stayed closed most of the weeked due to rain and lighting. She must not have gone inside the store since the laundry room is inside it and so is the game room. The store is non-smoking so I can say she is mistaken about the smell and the cabins are cleaned after use and then closed and locked. The bathrooms are cleaned everyday of the week at 11:30am. As for the spiders they live at the park and pay for their rent by keeping the flying insects under control. I am not sure how Lisa figured out where my wife lives becuase upstairs is a rented apartment. And she does not drink or smoke. The hours are posted for the pool, store and laundry, sorry she can not read. Albert (the EMU) has a very grassy over grown pen delibertly. He is to be seen when he wants to be and likes the privacy especially when summer heat is on. If Lisa was at the EMU pen I am not sure how she missed the automatic feeder for the geese and no it does not have corn in it. I am sorry Lisa was not satisfied with here stay but there there is little I can do about the weather and she was not at the park long enough to understand what and who she commented about. Wesley O. People everything you see on the sites about this place is false. It is a dump! There are all of 2 cabins. The mattresses are nasty. The cabins need to be swept out. The place is all grown up in weeds especially around from the cabins where the supposedly tent sites are. The play area has all of 2 swings and a merry-go-round. The store is open 8am-6pm that means the pool also closes at 6pm! The pool actually looks nice cause she always has it locked. The store smells like cigarette smoke so bad. There is no carry out pizza or bar-b-que and I wouldn't want it would taste like smoke. There is no game room and the laundry is always closed no telling what it looked like. The pictures all must have been takes 20 years ago. The pool was locked when we got there. The next day I called after it cleared from raining and she said it was locked again of course! She did open it after I reminded her we were paying! She never cleans the bathrooms. Big spiders are everywhere. The pond is about dried up and the poor geese there are probably never fed corn. Not to mention the emu in his cage all grown up in weeds you can't even see him anymore. They can't get anything done cause they sit outside the office and drink and smoke. Then at 6pm go up to their room and if you need anything too bad!
