How it works: When your automatic transmission vehicle is driven, the transmission is lubricated by an engine-driven transmission fluid pump. When the car is towed, the pump does not operate, because the engine is not running. Another means of lubrication is needed. REMCO’s Lube Pump was developed to provide a reliable lubrication system for the transmission.
To tow your vehicle, connect the cable and flip the switch and you’re ready to go. One coiled electrical cable between the RV and tow vehicle provides all the circuits for the pump, monitor and car tail lights. For added convenience, REMCO has included a tail light diverter that automatically switches the tow vehicle’s tail light system to towing mode each time you hook up.
